Last night’s show at The Knitting Factory was great. Getting to play three shows with the lovely people of Earth was indeed a spring time treat for the ears, and I love treats. Needless to say, I’m pretty excited about heading to Europe at the end of the month for the next round of shows. If you haven’t heard Gregor Samsa’s new album yet, you should look into it, it’s fantastic. (it’s on emusic, Yazdi, you love emusic)

The March Kayo Dot tour went off without a hitch. I don’t know why it was so surprising to me, but I didn’t realize that going on tour basically meant that I got to listen to awesome live music every night for a week. I’ll put up a del.icio.us post soon full of fine bands you should look into.
Also: the next round of shows are up on the myspace page (opening for Earth for a weekend in May and then off to Europe). The band is sounding really great, so you should make it out if you can.
